Maintain and develop our International Retreat Centre in Quebec where thousands of people find peace and inspiration

Teach our youth empowerment programs to First Nations Youth in Alberta with the help of a grant

Amanda's Story: "The Art of Living came into my life when I needed it most. I was overwhelmed by my personal circumstances and finding it very difficult to cope. The Happiness and Meditation Programs gave me the gifts of greater peace and resilience. The changes came gradually but they were powerful. People started telling me that my face looked brighter, that I appeared more vibrant and happy. I had a crisis a few weeks ago and I was just waiting for myself to freak out, but the freak out never came. Usually my stress response would be off the rails, but this time, nothing.
